Scott Millan
Scott Alexander Millan (born 1954 in Los Angeles , California, United States of America) is an American sound engineer. He is also a member of the Board of Governors at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences . Millan is the Sound Director for Technicolor at Paramount Studios . Millan has been nominated nine times for an Oscar , with a total of four awards. In February 2012 Scott Millan received the Cinema Audio Society Career Achievement Award.
Life
Millan was born in Los Angeles in 1954. His father Art Millan and his mother Lynn worked as film and television actors in the 1950s. Millan is married with two children: Ashley Nicole Millan and Brandon Millan.
