The Seacor Holdings (proper spelling: SEACOR Holdings) is an American company that operates mainly in the shipping industry. Seacor also has a 70% stake in a bioethanol plant in Illinois.

The Offshore Marine Services division offers tug and support services (e.g. anchor-handling tugs ) worldwide , primarily for the oil industry. The subsidiary SCF Marine is active in inland shipping in the USA and on the Río Paraná and Río Magdalena in South America. Seacor Ocean Transport operates in the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean.

Charles Fabrikant and a group of investors took over Nicor ​​Marine in 1989 and renamed it Seacor. The company has since multiplied in value. In 2013 the helicopter business was spun off as the Era Group .
