Seattle International Film Festival
The Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF) is an annual film festival in Seattle , Washington . It is one of the major film festivals in North America . It lasts 24 days, from late May to early June.
history
The festival was founded in 1976 by Dan Ireland and Darryl Macdonald . The first venue used was the independent Moore Egyptian Theater cinema, which today bears the name Moore Theater again .
