Secundino Suárez Vázquez called Cundi (born April 13, 1955 in Sotondio ) is a former Spanish football player .
Player career
Cundi started his career with Sporting Gijón in 1973 and stayed in Asturias until 1990, playing his entire career with Sporting. Furthermore, he could not achieve a single title at club level. He ended his career in 1990 after his contract with Sporting Gijón ended.
Cundi was part of the Spanish squad for the 1976 Olympic Games , but where his team was eliminated in the preliminary round. He also played a total of nine times for Spain's senior national team . He took part in the 1980 European Football Championship in Italy , where the Iberians were eliminated from the group last in the preliminary round.
