Products

Secusmart specializes in the encryption of mobile voice and data communication. As part of a tender by the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), the company was awarded the contract in 2013 to supply the federal authorities with so-called “ crypto cell phones ”. In Germany, the company is therefore known as the manufacturer of the "Chancellor cell phone" or "Merkel cell phone". The federal government is currently using 10,000 wireless devices from the manufacturer BlackBerry supplied by Secusmart, the hardware and software of which are comprehensively secured by SecuSUITE for BlackBerry 10. The basis is a smart card technology, which was registered as a patent on August 19, 2008.

The microSD card used ensures the protection of e-mails, PIM, SMS and VoIP phone calls and is equipped with an NXP SmartMX P5CT072 crypto controller with PKI coprocessor for authentication. An additional high-speed coprocessor encrypts voice and data with 128 bit AES . The smart card enables 340 sextillion keys for encryption. The Secusuite for BlackBerry 10 meets all the requirements for mobile security of the German federal government and is approved up to the lowest level of secrecy "VS-NUR DEN DIENSTGEBRAUCH" (VS-NfD).

The SecuSUITE for Samsung Knox is based on the latest tablets and smartphones from Samsung and uses the Knox technology together with the Secusmart Security Card.

The Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) has also given this product its preliminary approval for the VS-NfD level of confidentiality. The SecuSUITE for Samsung Knox will be integrated into the existing infrastructure of the SecuSUITE for BlackBerry 10 used by the federal government.

In 2015, Secusmart presented the app called "Vodafone Secure Call" as a joint solution with Vodafone . The product builds a first bridge between authorities and the economy in order to successfully minimize industrial espionage.
