Seestrasse 10 (Stralsund)
The house with the postal address Seestraße 10 is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund on Seestraße .
The elongated, two-story red brick building was built in 1955 on the banks of the Strelasund . It was used by the "Office for Standardization, Metrology and Goods Testing". Up until 1991 there was a transmitter station, a wind measuring room, darkrooms and bedrooms in the attic. In 1991 the top floor was rebuilt.
After being used by the public order office , a hotel moved into the building after a renovation .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 702.
