Hisi
Seinei ( Japanese 清 寧天皇 ; * 444 (?); † January 16, 484 ) was the 22nd Tennō of Japan (480-484). He was probably a person of the late 5th century, whose personal name has not been passed down.
According to the history books Kojiki and Nihonshoki , he was a son of Emperor Yūryaku . His hair was gray when he was born.
He was a compassionate ruler with no children. Therefore he made the two brothers Oke and Woke , who revealed themselves at the beginning of his reign in Akashi , to be his princes, and appointed Oke to be the heir to the throne.
