Seipud , also called Seipod in literature, was a Russian measure of weight. The measure around Archangel is said to have been widespread . Seipud can be equated with Berkowitz / Berkowetz.
- 1 seipud = 10 poods = 400 pounds (Russian) = 38,400 solotnik = 163,597 kilograms
- 1 pud = 40 pounds = 16.36 kilograms
