Seleukos II. Kallinikos ( Greek : Σέλευκος Καλλίνικος; * 265 BC ; † 226 BC ) was a ruler of the Seleucid Empire from 246 to 226 BC. His common nickname means something like "the victorious". Another nickname attributed to him was Pogonos (Πώγωνος), "the bearded one".

The son of Antiochus II was proclaimed king by his mother Laodike after her comrades-in- arms Berenike the younger and her son, who also claimed the throne, had killed.

Like his father, Seleucus was not very successful. In the war against Pharaoh Ptolemy III. , Berenike's brother, he lost the provinces of Syria and Mesopotamia in the Third Syrian War . Also Bactria and Parthia fought for their independence. Likewise, he had to be in 239 BC Ceding Asia Minor to his brother Antiochus Hierax , whom he was henceforth hostile to.

Seleucus II died while riding after falling from his horse. He was married to his cousin Laodike , with whom he had the sons of Seleucus III. and Antiochus III. who followed him one after the other.
