Servette
Servette or La Servette is a district in the Swiss city of Geneva . It is located on both sides of the Rue de la Servette , on the right bank of the Rhone , northwest of the train station. Servette is best known through the Servette FC Genève football club and the Genève-Servette HC ice hockey club .
The name Servette goes back to the Latin name for forest Silva . Servette referred to a small forest . In fact, Servette was a forest and arable area before it was built.
