Serviço de Informações de Segurança (SIS; Portuguese for: Security Information Service) is the Portuguese news and information service and part of the information system of the Portuguese Republic , which was founded in 1986. It reports directly to the Prime Minister and forms part of the Sistema de Informações da República Portuguesa . Its seat is in Lisbon .
