Sesoko-jima ( Japanese 瀬 底 島 ) is a Japanese island in the Okinawa Islands .

Sesoko-jima is 2.99 km² and rises up to 76 m. It is surrounded by a coral reef.
The island is located 600 m west of the Motobu Peninsula of Okinawa and is connected to it by the 762 m long Sesoko-ōhashi ( 瀬 底 大橋 ) bridge, which was built in February 1985. Administratively, the island belongs to the neighboring island of Minna-shima to the district Sesoko of the municipality Motobu , the remaining districts of which are located on Okinawa. There is a primary and secondary school on the island with around 50 students.
