Seth Klarman
Seth A. Klarman (born May 21, 1957 in New York City ) is an American hedge fund manager and billionaire. He is the founder of the Baupost Group fund.
On the Forbes 2015 list , Klarman's net worth is approximately $ 1.5 billion. This puts him at number 1,250 on Forbes' list of the richest people in the world. According to Forbes, he ranks 18th on the list of the world's highest-paid hedge fund managers with an annual income of around 200 million US dollars (as of 2014). In 2020 Klarman was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences .
Klarman supports the Republican Party in the USA. He is married and the brother of Harvard professor Michael Klarman .
