Relationship Diagram (engl. Inter Relationship diagraph (ID) )

In the relationship diagram, ideas with intertwined, reciprocal relationships between several influencing factors are graphically displayed.

Affinity diagram (Engl. Affinity Diagram , KJ Method )

In the affinity diagram, the causes and effects of a complex relationship are shown in a structured manner in order to derive the problem structure and possible solutions.

Tree diagram (Engl. Tree Diagram )

Sub-goals and the associated measures are derived from a general goal in several stages. A hierarchy results from this progressive breakdown. If the goals and measures are arranged according to this hierarchy, the result is a structure reminiscent of a tree .

Matrix diagram (engl. Matrix Diagram )

With matrix diagrams , relationships and interactions between features or aspects of a problem are clearly shown and weighted.

Portfolio Analysis ( Activity Network Diagram )

In the portfolio analysis, the main influencing factors are determined and then displayed graphically.

Problem decision diagram ( Process Decision Program Chart (PDPC) )

In the problem decision diagram, various paths are shown with their process steps that lead from a starting point to the desired goal.

Network plan ( arrow diagram )

The network plan links the various means and measures to achieve a goal in chronological order.
