Santa Eulália de Rio Covo is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in the northern Portuguese district of Barcelos . The community had 976 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

As part of the territorial reform on September 29, 2013 , the municipalities of Rio Covo (Santa Eulália) and Silveiros were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Silveiros e Rio Covo (Santa Eulália) .
