Sevodnja ( Russian Сегодня , German Today ) is a Ukrainian daily newspaper in tabloid format . The newspaper was founded in 1997 and appears in Russian. The editorial office is in Kiev .

With around 700,000 subscribers (as of June 2009), Sevodnja is the second largest daily newspaper in the country, after the tabloid Fakty i commentarii . Sevodnja was originally one of the supporters of President Viktor Yanukovych , but after the Orange Revolution (2004/2005) it developed a more independent profile. The newspaper is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Press Publishers (UAPP).
