Shōji Ikitsu ( Japanese 生 津 将 司 , Ikitsu Shōji ; * May 20, 1977 in Fukuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Ikitsu learned to play soccer on the school team at Higashi Fukuoka High School . He signed his first contract with Avispa Fukuoka in 1996 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club he completed 11 first division games. In July 1999 he moved to the second division Sagan Tosu . For the club he completed 17 games. He then played with New Wave Kitakyushu . At the end of 2001 he ended his career as a football player.
