Shōta Suzuki ( Japanese 鈴木 将 太 Suzuki Shōta ; born July 3, 1984 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Suzuki learned to play soccer on the school team at Toko Gakuen High School . He signed his first contract in 2003 with the Omiya Ardija . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2004 he was runner-up with the club in the J2 League and was promoted to the J1 League . For the club he completed 13 league games. In 2006 he moved to the second division Kashiwa Reysol . For the club he completed nine league games. In 2007 he moved to league competitor Shonan Bellmare . For the club he completed 36 league games. At the end of 2009 he ended his career as a football player.
