The Shaw Tower is a tall office and residential building in Vancouver , British Columbia , Canada . It is located at 1067 W. Cordova Street in Downtown Vancouver. It houses u. a. the administrative headquarters of the Canadian telecommunications provider Shaw Communications for the province of British Columbia. The building was designed by the Canadian architecture firm James KM Cheng. The structure of the building is made of concrete, the facade is a curtain wall made of aluminum.
The first 16 floors contain office space, 12 of which are occupied by Shaw Communications. There are apartments on the upper floors. The building has an underground car park with around 600 parking spaces.
