Shawn Ray
Shawn Ray (born September 9, 1965 in Placentia (California) , USA ) is a former American professional bodybuilder and current author.
Life
At the age of 17, he began exercising his body in high school to gain mass for the sport of football. He became Teenage Mr. America in 1985 and Junior Mr. World that same year . He won the Pro Ironman competition in 1990 and the Arnold Classic in 1990 and 1991 . The title from 1990 was later revoked due to a positive doping test . He took part in the Mr. Olympia competition 13 times, his best placings were twice the second place in 1994 and 1996, here he had to bow to the dominance of the British Dorian Yates , who won the title in both years. In 1990, 1993 and 1997 he reached third place.
