Sheldon Goldstein

Sheldon Goldstein (born October 24, 1947 in Augusta (Georgia) ) is an American theoretical physicist.

Goldstein studied at Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1969 and a Bachelor of Science in 1971 and a doctorate in physics in 1973. Since 1977 he has been a professor at Rutgers University .

He deals with the fundamentals of quantum mechanics and especially the further development of the De Broglie-Bohm theory . He works with Detlef Dürr , among others .

He is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science .
