Shin Sae-bom ( kor. 신 새봄 ; born February 28, 1992 ) is a South Korean short tracker .

Shin started in the 2007/08 season for the first time in the Short Track World Cup. In her first World Cup race in Harbin , she reached the podium in second place, and she repeated this success in the next race. In the fourth race in Turin , she achieved her first World Cup victory over the 1500 m distance. However, since she only started in two of eight World Cup races over this route, she missed a top 10 placement in the 1500 m overall World Cup. On the other hand, she managed this triumph in the 500 m World Cup, where she did not achieve a victory, but still finished sixth because she took part in all eight races. Overall, Sae-Bom Shin made it into the top six in every race she started.

She also continued this series in the 2008/09 Short Track World Cup and won two more World Cup races, over the 1000 m and again over the 1500 m distance. After two of six World Cup stations, she is in third place in the 1000 m World Cup.
