The Shinn Covered Bridge is a historic covered road bridge in Washington County , in the US state of Ohio , in the United States . The bridge, built in 1886 and designed in the Burr Truss design, is located about a kilometer northeast of Bartlett , off Ohio State Route 555 . It spans West Branch Wolf Creek on Palmer Road . The bridge is crossed by an average of 12 vehicles per day (as of 2004) and was renovated in 1998.

The total span of the Shinn Covered Bridge is 27.4 meters, the length 29.9 meters and the carriageway width 4.7 meters. The foundation is made of natural stone, the walls are clad in wood and the roof is made of metal. The architect was EB Henderson .

Shinn Bridge was listed as a Historic Monument on October 8, 1976 by the National Register of Historic Places with number 76001544.
