The Shui-Bai-Bahn , Shuicheng-Baiguo-Bahn ( Chinese  水 柏 铁路 , Pinyin Shuǐbǎi tiělù , English Shuibai Railway ) or Shui-Bai Line ( 水 柏 线 , English Shuicheng-Baiguo Line ) runs in the west of the Chinese province of Guizhou through the area of the Wumeng Mountains ( 乌蒙山 ). It connects the town of Shuicheng to the south with the large community of Baiguo ( 柏 果 镇 ) in Pan County ( 盘县 ) (Shuicheng and Pan are districts of the district-free city of Liupanshui ). The track is 118 km long. A hundred bridges and many tunnels make up 63 percent of its total length. One of its largest bridges is the 236 m long single-track Beipanjiang Railway Bridge ( 北 盘 江 铁路 桥 ). The railway runs through the Liupanshuis coal-mining area.

As part of a restructuring, the Shui-Bai Railway also received the 43 km Hongguo-Baiguo line in 2004 and changed its name to Shuihong Railway.
