The district Si (泗县; Pinyin : Sì Xiàn) is a district in the north of the Chinese province of Anhui . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture city Suzhou (宿州). The Si county has an area of ​​1,787 square kilometers and has a population of 860,000 (2004). Its main town is the large community Sicheng (泗 城镇).
