Siebenknie is a hamlet that belongs to the city of Murrhardt .
The place was first mentioned in 1376 as Siebenknie , another form of name is Siebenkhnie from 1575. Siebenknie belonged to the Sulzbach Unteramt of the Grafschaft Löwenstein , which in turn was part of the Franconian Empire between 1500 and 1806 , and was owned by the municipality of Sulzbach an der in 1933 Murr changed to Murrhardt.
The village, about 3.2 km west of Murrhardt, is connected to it by the 1808 district road . As of June 30, 2014, Siebenknie has 63 inhabitants.
Siebenknie is a popular destination for visitors from nearby Stuttgart in summer.
