Siegfried Haglmo

Siegfried Haglmo (born January 28, 1967 in Reisbach / Vils ) works as a musician, lyricist and composer mainly in the field of alternative folk music .

Haglmo gained access to folk music through family music, he learned to play the accordion from his father. He gained further musical experience as a singer and bass player in rock groups. He has been active in the field of alternative folk music since 1994. Siegfried Haglmo has been building accordions on his parents' farm in Hackl / Lower Bavaria since 2007. The "Haglmo Harmonica" is equipped with a special treble mechanism and is optically based on the few Roßhuber harmonica that have survived.
