Zabine , also Sabine , actually Sabine Kapfinger , (born January 1, 1974 in Niederndorf near Kufstein , Tyrol ) is an Austrian musician of new folk music .

Life

Kapfinger was a member of the Hubert von Goisern and Alpinkatzen formation as Alpine Sabine from 1991 until it was dissolved in 1994 . As an actress, she worked in the Niki List film Helden in Tirol (1998), the unofficial sequel to Müller's office (1986).

Their musical style combines house , hip-hop and alpine folk music . Her songs are usually performed in rap with a technoid melody.

In 2007 she took part in the third season of the ORF program Dancing Stars , where she met her future husband, the professional dancer Alexander Zaglmaier. The two achieved 3rd place at Dancing Stars, married in 2008, have two sons (* 2008 and 2009) and run a dance school in Tyrol. Zabine has another son from a previous relationship (* 1998).

In 2011, 2012 and 2013 she was part of the jury on the ORF show Die große Chance . In addition, she presented the TV program Tyrolean Mountain Christmas several times .
