Signy Aarna (born October 4, 1990 in Põlva ) is an Estonian soccer player.

Aarna has played in the Finnish Naisten Liiga for Pallokissat Kuopio since 2014, from where she moved to the two-time Finnish champions Åland United for the 2018 season. From 2008 to 2013 she was already active for FC Lootos Põlva in the first Estonian women's soccer league , the Naiste Meistriliiga . She made her first appearance for the Estonia national team in 2009. In 2011 and 2015 she was voted Estonia's player of the year.
