The Sikorsky S-11 was a Russian military aircraft .
In contrast to the successful S-6 and S-10 double-decker series, which had been created in parallel, the S-9 was designed as a monoplane. The design was reduced in size and made lighter, which led to the S-11. a. the wing control has also been improved. The crew sat next to each other in the fuselage, with control instruments only on the left side. In the 1913 military aircraft competition, the S-11 won second place, but was not built in series.
