The Silbersee bei Aurich is a small forest lake in the area of the district Tannenhausen bei Aurich in East Friesland , Lower Saxony .
description
The lake is located in the Bernuthsfeld district in the Meerhusener Forest (Dietrichsfelder Straße). This approximately 400 hectare forest area extends over the districts of Tannenhausen, Dietrichsfeld and Sandhorst. The lake is on the northwestern edge of the forest. Swimming is not permitted in the lake.
