The Silhouette Wellness SA , based in Meyrin is a Swiss fitness chain . It operates a total of 26  fitness studios mainly in the Geneva and Lausanne area as well as in Zurich , making it the largest fitness chain in Switzerland.

The company emerged in 2003 from the takeover of ten of the then twelve fitness studios that were bankrupt, Silhouette Health & Fitness SA . After the previous activities were restructured under the new management, the company gradually took over or opened further fitness studios in the Lake Geneva area and from the end of 2006 also six in the canton of Zurich (five of them in the city), with a total of around 9,000 members.

The fitness training offer in the 1,500 to 2,000 m 2 centers includes strength training , endurance training on the appropriate equipment and various courses such as aerobics , kick power, Pilates and power yoga . Individual studios also have a swimming pool where various aquafit courses are offered. In addition, the individual studios have additional individual facilities such as sauna , whirlpool , hammams , solarium or massage and beauty treatments. The fitness studios are open 360 days a year and are only closed on public holidays.
