Silke Wieprecht

Silke Wieprecht (born August 23, 1965 in Roth near Nuremberg ) is a German civil engineer and university professor.

Life

After graduating from the Adam-Kraft-Gymnasium Schwabach in 1984, he studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Munich . In 1998 she did her doctorate at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich and then worked at the Federal Institute for Hydrology in the field of water morphology. Since July 2003 she has been a professor at the Institute for Hydraulic Engineering (now: Institute for Hydraulic and Environmental System Modeling) at the University of Stuttgart .
