The Silla Hill is a 200 m high hill on King George Iceland in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the Barton Peninsula , it looms south of the Araon Valley .
South Korean scientists named it after the Silla , one of the Three Kingdoms of Korea , which dates from 57 BC. Existed until 935.
