Simin yueling

The Sìmín yuèlìng ( Chinese  四民 月 令 ) is a Chinese peasant calendar from the Eastern Han period . The author is Cui Shi ( 崔 寔 ). It is a significant work for the history of Chinese agriculture and Chinese cultural history. The most important critical and commented edition comes from the famous agricultural historian Shi Shenghan ( 石 声 汉 ). It was published under the title Simin yueling jiaozhu ( 四民 月 令 校 注 ) in 1965 by Zhonghua shuju in Beijing .
