Simon Camatta
Simon Camatta (* 1976 in Essen ) is a German jazz - drummer .
Live and act
Camatta was born in Essen in 1976 . At the age of eleven he got his first drum kit for Christmas. He studied jazz at the Folkwang Hochschule Essen. For 25 years he has been playing in a wide variety of areas halfway around the world.
He currently plays with The Dorf , Camatta Monk, The Wisseltancamatta, Handsome Couple, Supet Jazz Sandwich and in various improvisation projects such as: B. with Fred Lonberg-Holm as well as at various theaters and with various dance companies. On top of that he is also traveling solo.
