Simon Maier (painter)
Simon Maier (active in the 18th century) was a German painter.
Life
Simon Maier lived and worked in Landsberg am Lech in the middle of the 18th century . Around 1760 he specialized in church painting and Bible motifs.
One of his students was the later court painter Franz Ignaz Oefele .
