Eagle series

Scarrow owes its meanwhile relatively high level of popularity primarily to the "Adler Series", a series of historical novels about the two Roman soldiers Quintus Licinius Cato and Lucius Cornelius Macro, who initially served in the Legio II Augusta and during the Roman invasion of Britain, beginning in 42 AD, under which eagles fight.

In 2013 there was another volume (written by Scarrow with TJ Andrews) that was earlier than the Adler series (AD 41), but linked to its content:

Revolution series

This series deals with the life of Napoléon Bonaparte and Arthur Wellesley and begins in 1769. In alternating sections, the books tell the biographies of both personalities in parallel, from early childhood through adolescence and military career to their final meeting in Waterloo.
