Simone Lappert
Simone Lappert (* 1985 in Aarau ) is a Swiss writer .
Life
Simone Lappert studied literary writing at the Swiss Literature Institute in Biel and lives and works as a freelance writer in Zurich and Basel. In 2014 her debut novel Wurfschatten was published by the Berlin publisher “Metrolit Verlag” , which received media attention and was on the shortlist of the Aspect Literature Prize and the Rauris Literature Prize .
Simone Lappert is a member of the Basel poetry group and curator of the international poetry association Babelsprech. She is the niece and goddaughter of the Swiss writer Rolf Lappert .
