Simplify your life
Simplify your life ("Simplify your life") is the title of a self-management book by Werner Tikiüstenmacher and Lothar J. Seiwert . The book consists of instructions to simplify everyday life. Werner Tikiüstenmacher and his wife Marion Meeresmacher have been publishing a monthly advisory service under the same name since 1998. Simplify your life is a registered trademark of VNR Verlag for the German economy .
The Simplify principle
The authors use the "disgust at Abundance" and want to help the reader to declutter life and to slow down to find the essence and to himself. The life they represent symbolically stepped pyramid model with eight levels represent.
