Niramon Ounprom ( Thaiนิรมล อุ่น พรม; RTGS Niramon Unphrom ; nickname Koi ; born January 26 or 28, 1985 in the province of Nan ) is a former Thai nurse , army officer and member of the Thai royal court. She was made concubine of the then Thai Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn (now Rama X. ), who gave her several military ranks and positions, including the nobility name Sineenat Wongvajirapakdi (Thai สินี นาฏ วงศ์ ว ชิ รา ภั ก ดิ์; RTGS Sininat Wongwachirak ). After Crown Prince Vajiralalongkorn had ascended the throne as King Rama X. , he named her next-wife and bestowed the honorary title Chao Khun Phra Sineenat Bilaskalayani (Thai เจ้าคุณ พระ สินี นาฏ พิลาส กัลยาณี; RTGS Sininat Philatkanlayani ) in July 2019. She was the first woman in nearly a century to be a concubine of the King of Thailand, as previous kings had opted for monogamy since Rama VII . In October 2019, King Rama X finally issued a royal edict removing all of her government, military and nobility ranks, positions and titles. The reason he cited "disrespectful behavior" towards his wife, Queen Suthida .
