The singing school at the Peterskirche Weinheim offers various choir groups for children from the age of 2. The children are introduced to singing and making music in an age-appropriate manner. The focus is on enjoying the music and the sound of your own voice. For older children and adolescents there is, in addition to in-depth voice training, the opportunity to engage more intensively with the theater and thus prepare for the regular musical performances. There are currently around 200 children in eleven groups in the singing school. A total of over 500 children and young people have already attended the singing school at the Peterskirche Weinheim.

The singing school is run by the Evangelical Congregation at the Peterskirche Weinheim . It is headed by District Cantor Anne-Christine Langenbach, who founded the Singschule in 2003. She is currently supported by three other group leaders. The costs are covered by contributions and donations.
