Sinus Concordiae ( Latin for Bay of Concord ) is a small bay-like mare on Mare Tranquillitatis on the Earth's moon . The name was established by the International Astronomical Union in 1976.
The dark gray basalt surface of the solidified lava lake has an average diameter of 142 kilometers. It is located on the eastern edge of the Mare Tranquillitatis at the mean selenographic coordinates 10 ° 48 'north and 43 ° 12' east. Sinus Amoris extends northwest of it .
