The Sirius-Werft GmbH is the construction of deck saloon yachts specialized shipyard in Ploen , Schleswig-Holstein . The family business was founded in 1970 by Peter Schmidt and has been under the management of his son Torsten Schmidt since 1995.

With around 50 employees, the shipyard produces 12-14 sailing yachts per year as part of an individualized small series. The basis for this is provided by a range of models in five different lengths. A total of over 600 ships have been delivered since the shipyard was founded. In its size segment, it is considered to be a pioneer in the "real" deck saloon yachts.

The shipyard organizes the Sirius Cup for its customers every year, during which the shipyard's employees can help the owners on board.
