Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão ( SBT ) is a Brazilian television broadcaster. It was founded in 1981 by Silvio Santos . The head office is located in Osasco , São Paulo . The station is the second most watched in Brazil after Rede Globo . In terms of content, entertainment programs dominate, especially self-produced shows and telenovelas . SBT also produces three news programs a day. SBT largely stays out of the area of sports broadcasting, which traditionally attracts a lot of attention in Brazil.
