The Sky Office is an office building on Kennedydamm in the Golzheim district of Düsseldorf , near the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences . It opened in August 2009.

The house was designed by the Ingenhoven Architects and has been under construction since 2008. At 89 meters, the Sky Office is the seventh tallest building in the city. It has 23 floors with a gross retail area of ​​around 30,000 m². There are also two underground car parks, one of which is directly connected to Kennedydamm (Bundesstrasse 8).
