Slavia

In the Middle Ages, Slavia was a name for a region in Pomerania whose area is located between Peene and Persante . Slavia essentially comprised the eastern part of what is now Western Pomerania and the western part of Western Pomerania , which is now part of the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship .
