Slovenský Plynárenský Priemysel , as (abbreviation SPP; literally: "Slovak gas industry") is the largest and most important Slovak energy supplier, since 2012 SPP has also been operating successfully in the electricity supply market.   

In all regions of Slovakia, SPP guarantees a reliable, safe and competitive supply of gas and electricity as well as related services. The company successfully supplies up to 1.33 million entry points with natural gas or electricity.

In addition to energy supply, SPP focuses on delivering services related to energy supply, as well as intelligent electricity solutions and the development of alternative fuels such as CNG, LNG or biomethane.

The company contributes to the EkoFond nf and the SPP foundation.

The Slovak Republic has held 100% of the company's shares since 2014 and exercises its shareholder rights through the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.

Significant subsidiaries are SPP CNG, sro, SPP CZ, as and SPP Infrastructure, as These companies are responsible for the transport, distribution and storage of natural gas in underground storage facilities in Slovakia as well as for the sale of compressed natural gas (Compressed Natural Gas; CNG) as an ecological alternative to traditional fuels.
