Sluneční stráň

As a nature reserve Sluneční stráň (German about: Sonnenleite or Sonnenhang ), a rocky dry grassland biotope above the Elbe valley near Ústí nad Labem in the right-Elbe Bohemian Central Uplands has been placed under nature protection.
The nature reserve was designated in 1968 on two separate areas of 7.6 and 2.3 hectares. An area characterized by dry grass is under protection, which, thanks to its sun-exposed location, offers a home to many heat-loving plants. A special feature is the occurrence of the strictly protected white diptam ( Dictamnus albus ).
The nature trail Pod Vysokým Ostrým touches the nature reserve on its mountain side without crossing it. The area of the nature reserve itself is largely inaccessible to the public due to its steepness and pathlessness.
