Snoopy was a Dutch pop duo . It was founded in 1978 and consisted of the singers Ethel Mezas (* 1956 ) and Florence Woerdings (* 1956), who had their roots in Suriname . Woerdings left the project in 1979 and was replaced by Maureen Seedorf.
history
Like many other Dutch pop groups, Snoopy became known through several appearances in the music store . In 1978 the duo performed there with No Time for a Tango and celebrated their first hit in Germany , Austria and Switzerland . It was followed by three more singles and an album before it was broken up in 1980.
